It fits as I had expected. Don't like things too tight so it was loose enough for comfort. It's a little on the itchy side but hopefully it will soften after I wash it.Just could not love this sweater. It was waaaaay too big. I am 5'4" 180lbs and usually wear a large, which is what I ordered, but I could have probably gotten a small. I still would've hated it, though. It's beautiful in the photos on Amazon, but in person it looks very old lady/Victorian, and the sleeves are really stiff.UPDATE: I was contacted by the seller to see if I wanted a new sweater. I had returned the other one, but they replaced it. Given how big the original was, I told them I'd probably need a small. This sweater fits much better, and actually it's still looser than I'd prefer. But it's much better and I like how it looks. I have never been a small. Ever. I'm recently down with weight loss and currently at 5'4" and 185 lbs. I typically order large. I'd suggest sizing down for a better fit.Love the look but the small is still a little too oversized.
